When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, sneaker details, condition information, preferred payout method, photographs, receipts, authentication documents, submission number, and communications with us.
We use submitted information to prepare preliminary estimates, inspect and authenticate merchandise, communicate offers and shipping instructions, process accepted transactions, provide support, maintain transaction records, protect against fraud or unlawful merchandise, and comply with legal obligations.
Submission photographs and uploaded supporting documents are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months after submission so we can review the transaction, handle follow-up questions, and maintain a reasonable record of the condition represented to us. We may retain particular records longer when reasonably necessary for an active transaction, dispute, fraud/security review, legal obligation, or enforcement of our agreements. Other business and transaction records may be retained for longer periods when appropriate.
