SneakerJocks may revise or decline an estimate after physical inspection, authentication, or discovery of condition, identity, completeness, or other information that differs from the submission.
Submitting an estimate request does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate SneakerJocks to purchase. A transaction is completed only after inspection, a final offer, seller acceptance, and any required transaction steps.
By submitting merchandise, you represent that you are authorized to sell it, that it is lawfully obtained, and that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. SneakerJocks does not knowingly purchase stolen, counterfeit, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unlawful merchandise.
Merchandise may be inspected for authenticity, condition, size, model, completeness, repairs, alterations, odor, wear, damage, and other factors affecting value. A final offer may be lower or higher than a preliminary estimate. Merchandise that does not pass our review may be declined.
Do not ship merchandise until SneakerJocks provides shipping instructions. Sellers are responsible for reasonable and secure packaging. Shipping terms, labels, insurance, and responsibility for return shipping may vary by transaction and will be communicated before or during the transaction. If you decline a revised final offer, return shipping may be your responsibility.
Payment is issued only after the final offer is accepted and the transaction is approved. Available payout methods and processing times may vary. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
If a donation option is offered and you affirmatively choose it, you authorize the merchandise to be donated rather than returned. Donation instructions and acceptance must be confirmed by SneakerJocks before ownership is treated as relinquished.
You authorize SneakerJocks to use submitted photographs and information as reasonably necessary to evaluate, document, administer, and protect the transaction. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Website information may contain errors or become outdated. SneakerJocks may correct errors, request additional information, decline a submission, or modify an estimate before a final transaction is completed.
